Event organizers and corporate clients specify their talent requirements, performance budget, date, and venue details.
Any verified or registered artist, performer, anchor, or musician on BookMyCelebrity who fulfills the specific eligibility criteria (such as minimum years of experience, languages, or event types) can apply for open opportunities.
Yes. All artist opportunities listed on BookMyCelebrity include a clearly stated budget or fee range. We do not promote unpaid gigs or unpaid auditions.
Log in to your BookMyCelebrity artist account, navigate to the opportunity page, review the event requirements and eligibility criteria, and click "Apply Now". You can include a short cover note highlighting your suitability for the show.
Yes. To submit an application, you must have an active artist account with a completed profile detailing your stage experience, performance categories, and portfolio links.
Each opportunity card and detail page displays an "Eligibility Criteria" section. Criteria may specify minimum years of professional experience, number of completed events (such as weddings or corporate shows), required languages, or demo videos.
The "Open" status indicates that the opportunity is currently active, the application deadline has not passed, and our team is actively accepting applications from qualified artists.
The "Claimed" status indicates that the client has finalized the artist lineup, an agreement has been executed, or the requirement has been successfully fulfilled. Claimed jobs no longer accept applications.
The "Expired" status indicates that the configured application deadline or event date has passed. Expired opportunities remain viewable for historical reference but do not accept new submissions.
Yes. As long as you meet the eligibility criteria and are available on the specified dates, you may apply for multiple open opportunities.
Once submitted, your application is reviewed by our talent management team. If your availability or requirements change, you may contact your assigned booking manager or our support desk to update or withdraw your submission.
When your application is reviewed and shortlisted, our talent management team will reach out via email, phone, or WhatsApp to discuss schedule, technical riders, and performance arrangements.
Each job listing explicitly outlines travel, boarding, lodging, and meal provisions. For outstation events, clients typically provide round-trip travel and hotel accommodations, as specified on the job detail page.
Once the deadline passes, the opportunity automatically transitions to "Expired", the "Apply Now" button is disabled, and our team moves forward with reviewing received applications.
